At Broomstix Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering top-notch cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued, while protecting both our clients and our business.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
All sales for completed cleaning services are final. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please refer to Section 2 (Service Quality Guarantee) for how we handle complaints and service adjustments.
2. Service Quality Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to address and rectify the issue by:

Revisiting your property to assess the complaint and provide touch-ups or corrections, free of charge, if the complaint falls within the original service agreement.

We will not offer refunds if we are not notified within 24 hours or if the issue is related to services that were not originally agreed upon.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Refunds

Cancellations (48 hours in advance): If you cancel your scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amounts or no cancellation fee will apply.

Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

Same-Day Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made on the day of service or if we are unable to access your property, a 100% fee will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Service Changes

Reduction of Services: If you reduce the scope of services (e.g., removing certain rooms or tasks) after the booking has been confirmed, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the changes.

Service Enhancements: If additional services are requested on the day of cleaning, they will be billed separately. No refund will be provided if the client later decides not to proceed with these additional services after they have been performed.
5. Exclusions from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Pre-existing conditions: We are not responsible for cleaning issues related to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to permanent stains, extensive damage, or wear and tear.

Specialty services: Specialty cleaning services (e.g., deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, etc.) are subject to specific guarantees and will not be eligible for refunds once performed.

Client’s failure to provide access: If we are unable to access the property for reasons beyond our control (e.g., locked doors, pets not secured), no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is deemed necessary (e.g., due to a service not being performed), the following process will apply:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of determining the refund is warranted.

If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made for refund issuance, at our discretion.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund is requested outside of the terms outlined above, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Broomstix Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny any refund that does not comply with this policy.
8. Amendments to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised policy.
